This episode centers around the vaccination debate. The middle
child (Michael) has the measles and is deathly ill, and the youngest
child (played by Joshua Rush) has not been vaccinated. The mother chose
not to vaccinate the two younger kids after her oldest one developed
autism after he was vaccinated.
